Baking 101

I am now into baking! I’ve recently found out that talent of mine. Which my parents use now as a joke, “Dapat nag-Culinary ka na lang eh.” I’m skillful like that. Bwahahaha!

I’ve tried 4 cupcakes (Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting, Chocolate Cupcake with Chocolate Ganache, Vanilla Cupcake, Rainbow Vanilla Cupcake) and 2 cookies (Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies, Nutella and Peanut Butter cookies.)

I never thought I would enjoy doing this. I used to only buy ready mixes from the supermarket and now I already know the ingredients used to make one.

I would really want to have an oven. I only use our convection turbo for it. I didn’t know there were cheap ovens. I’m now waiting for Ate to give in and buy it for me. Hehe.

Meanwhile, saw these books in FullyBooked and I wish they’re cheaper!!
